Placement is key for efficiency. We select a sturdy wall that minimizes vibration and position the indoor unit at least 7 feet above ground for optimal airflow and easy servicing. For outdoor units, we ensure proper shading, safe clearance (30 cm from the wall), and sufficient ventilation.
Accurate Mounting & Positioning
Using spirit levels and precise measurements, we mount the unit, so it sits flush against the wall. This guarantees stability, reduces vibration, and supports efficient cooling.
Piping & Cabling Connections
We install insulated copper pipes, secure wiring, and drainage lines with precision. The drainage slope is carefully set to avoid water backflow or leakage, ensuring smooth operation.
Electrical & Copper Wire Setup
All electrical connections are handled according to safety codes and manufacturer diagrams. We use a vacuum pump to test copper piping and release gas valves, ensuring optimal refrigerant flow.
Outdoor Unit Securing
The outdoor compressor is fastened with strong, durable brackets to reduce vibration and improve stability. Correct placement ensures consistent long-term performance.
Final Testing & Handover
We run a full performance test — checking cooling efficiency, airflow, and system stability. Our technicians also provide maintenance tips so you can maximize your aircon’s lifespan and efficiency.
